Domestic Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed upon receipt. We will try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Merchandise will be shipped in the order it was received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Standard shipping charge is $1.95 on all orders. Due to Covid-19, additional safety precautions have been put into place in regards to manufacturing and shipping when it comes to t-shirt production. Please expect some delays, We appreciate your patience and support during this time amores.
International Shipping & Delivery
At the moment we do not ship internationally. Once we get fully up and running we hope to cater to our international #MuyCuties.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us
if you have any problems with your order. We want you to

Damaged/Incorrect Merch
In the unlikely case that you receive wrong or damaged merchandise, please e-mail us at muycutemerch@gmail.com within 5 days to correct the issue. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by UPS/USPS after they leave our premises.
